Hello Eagles,
Equipment turn-in is Sat. 8 November at the storage facility. Please read attached flyer under Pages.
- Our scheduled Pee Wee Eagles time is 1050.
- You will turn-in everything issued except for the game jersey (boy’s may keep). Please make sure all items to be turned in have been cleaned, wiped out, off, and down.
- Please bring the teal practice jersey and turn it in to Team Mom Laurie.
- Any questions give Team Mom Laurie a call or e-mail. Thanks in advance!
Reminder; head count and payment are due at practice on Thursday, 23 October. We have over 50 people signed-up. It should be a nice meal, recognition of our team, a real chance to socialize, some dancing, and most importantly FUN!!!
The plated menu will consist of the following:
salad (ranch/italian dressings on tables)
baked chicken
roasted potatoes with herbs
savory buttered corn (off the cob)
rolls/butter
Ice Tea, lemonade, water, creamer, and sweetener will be on the tables.
Coffee will be available on the dessert table.
So far we have 5 yummy desserts coming. We could use at least 5 more.
Arrangements have been made to lightly decorate the room at 10am, Saturday morning. If you are available please join us!!! We will have some art work to display (courtesy of a player’s sister), some decals, and maybe centerpieces.
At the event that night we will display our EAGLES banners.

- 1100 Arrive Buena Football Field (Coach Frank requests all players there 1 hour early).
- 1200 Last Eagles Football Game of this Season
Remeber Eagle’s, we are birds of prey. The Colt’s are our prey this week.
Chin up, Stick and rap. Block to the whistle. Don’t look back, run to the goal post.
All-
Coach CJ Langley will be the Head Coach for Week 8 practice. I will return for Saturday’s game.
We really need to have a positive week. This is our last outing and we need all of the support we can get.
Please remember, all that we do is for the boy’s.

The following info is provided regarding our banquet:
Date: Saturday, 25 October 2008
Time: 630pm until 930pm
Place: TMAC (Thunder Mountain Activity Center) on Post in the Grand Ballroom
Cost: Adult $10 and Child $5
Attire: Business Dress
Plated Meal served at approx. 7/730pm. Ice Tea, Lemonade, and Water will be on the tables.
Tables will be set up according to our number count. They are usually round tables that seat 10. If you have a group that would like to sit together please state that in your response.
I NEED the following info from each family (including extended):
# of adults attending
# of children attending (If applicable; # of highchairs or # of booster seats)
Volunteers to bring various desserts; including a cake!!
Decorators to add an Eagles Touch to the room. We are usually able to get in during the day to decorate.
There will be music and a dance floor available to all!!! You are also welcome to bring additional age-appropriate music as well!!!!
