Just a quick reminder of what the uniform for tonight’s practice is:

> ~ Helmet w/mouthpiece
> ~ Shoulder Pads w/practice jersey
> ~ Practice Pants w/pads & cup

> This is only if you have completed your 10 hours of conditioning!!

> Remember that the practice pants are the white ones and the game pants are the green ones.
